I'M KRISTINE

I’m a wife, a dog mom (to my feisty 18-year-old Yorkie), an IFBB Bikini Pro, and a beach lover who’s all about balancing life’s beauty and chaos! I have a degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition, which means I’m passionate about *moving* and *fueling* our bodies in ways that make us feel amazing—inside and out.

As the oldest of four (yep, three brothers!), I’ve always been the one looking out for everyone else, and that nurturing instinct spills into the way I approach my coaching. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re juggling a million things—trying to be everything to everyone—and feeling like there’s never enough time for *you*. Believe me, I get it. I’ve been there.

But here’s what I’ve learned: just because you’re handling it all doesn’t mean you should feel burnt out, stressed, or disconnected from who you are. You *can* have a life that feels vibrant, balanced, and full of energy. And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you rediscover.

When I’m not coaching amazing women like you, you’ll probably find me traveling (I’m obsessed with exploring new places), watching college football (go team!), or soaking up the sun at the beach with my husband of 10 years. Life’s an adventure, and I believe that when we nourish our bodies, minds, and souls, we’re able to live it to the fullest.

MY STORY

 

I grew up with strict (but well-meaning!) parents who had one plan for me: go to college, get a good job, and build a stable life. While my brothers seemed to get off easy, I followed that path to a high-paying career in medical sales. But here's the kicker—none of it made me happy. And then, in a wild twist, I got fired for refusing to sleep with my boss. Yep, that actually happened.

Suddenly, I found myself jobless, without references, and completely lost. So what did I do? I walked away from it all and dove headfirst into a journey of self-discovery. I helped friends open bars, couch-surfed, and eventually returned to medical sales, but nothing felt right. I’d always known, deep down, that I wanted to be a life coach, but it didn’t fit into the neat little box I thought I belonged in.

Fast forward to yoga teacher training, a transformative retreat, and one major realization: once you step into who you *really* are, there’s no going back.

So, if you’re ready to break free from your own self-imposed box and build a life that lights you up, I’m here to help you make that leap!

I don't think I can pick just one thing that was my favorite from this class!  For me it is the package of information that was received, from journaling and meditation, rise early and get in my water and protein, physical exercise and time for myself. “IF” i was to pick one thing I would lean towards consistency.  That is the difficult thing for me.  I can and will do many of the skills you introduced but doing all of them consistently is a challenge.  I am learning to understand that there are times that I cannot do it all.  The bigger challenge is, that when this happens one or two days in a row, I don’t stop completely.  Force myself to just start again is the only way it can be done. Thank you Kristine for encouraging consistency! - Sheree
