Why I LOVE FASTING!?

If you've been following me long enough, you may remember the WATER Fast I did for 84hrs at the start of last year (2024). That's 6.5 days?!- and the only reason I broke the fast was because I had a presentation and I got in my head about messing it up having not eaten anything, even though I felt the best I had in a LONG time!

Needless to say, I completed the FAST better than when I started. I felt leaner, tighter, my mind was more clear and just overall amazing! Now you know I'm pretty strong willed, but I realize not everyone is, so I thought, hey!- why I don't start a group and we can do it together, and maybe learn a little along the way!
